We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

To help us process your request, please include your order number and photographs where applicable.

Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as socks may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
